Making a smoothie
Making a smoothie:
- Date 1
- Banana 1
- Apple 1
- Spinach 1.5 cups
- Oatmeal 1/2 cup (old fashioned)
- Almond Milk 1.5 cups (unsweetened)
- Add all ingredients to blender
- Blend until smooth
In a Magic Bullet, or other small capacity blender, you might want to blend in stages as I did in the video so you can fit everything in.
